AHEAD IS ONE YEAR OLD
On April 1, 2000, we celebrated the first anniversary of the founding of AHEAD. H.E. Dr. Fecadu Gedamu, Ethiopia's Ambassador to Canada, hosted a dinner to some thirty people.
Certificates of Appreciation were handed out to eight individuals and institutions for their support to AHEAD. Those who received certificates were also named Friends of AHEAD. Ethiopian Airlines has been named Friend of AHEAD in recognition of our valuable partnership with the Airlines.
