All members work for AHEAD on voluntary basis, with no remuneration or other material reward.

Temesghen Hailu is the driving force who leads and inspires AHEAD. AHEAD owes its creation, its current development and its growing image to the leadership of Temesghen, whose deep love for his homeland and for his adopted country has filled him with the desire to give back to others the blessings he has received. Without the determined support of the members all this could not have been achieved.
